Dearest Gentle Reader...
It has come to the attention of this author that a most enchanting affair recently took place, one filled with soft florals, timeless images, and a romance that felt as though it had been plucked straight from the pages of history.
Set inside the Magnolia event center in South Jordan, Utah, this Bridgerton-inspired styled shoot was an absolute dream and such an ode to elegance! Every detail was curated perfectly to match a beautiful and romantic vibe. It felt meaningful and unforgettable in all the best ways!
Setting the scene
From the moment you stepped into the venue, you were met with gorgeous delicate pastel blooms, airy textures, and an atmosphere that screamed refined romance. Designed by a talented team of Utah wedding florists, the installations felt whimsical.
The florals were designed to complement rather than overpower the couple, which created a setting that felt straight out of a movie (or better yet, Bridgerton). This style is perfect for couples planning a garden wedding in Utah, or looking for romantic wedding ideas!
Let's talk about the bride...
The bride's look was the embodiment of elegance. Her gown from Fantasy Bridal in Utah created a soft and delicate movement that was to die for. Pairing the dress with a veil from Alexandra Velos, which I mean are you kidding me, the blue? The length? It truly couldn't get any dreamier!
And of course- the quartet...
To add to the immersive experience, we were so fortunate to have a live string quartet by the name of Souvenir Strings, who were able to set the tone with soft, romantic music, as well as covers and Bridgerton classics! It truly felt like I had stepped into another era of time.
The topham couple
There was a true undeniable connection between our couple (probably because they are already SO in love). Gentle glances, quiet laughter, and the kind of chemistry that doesn't need to be staged.
It was less about posing and more about presence. The kind of love that lives in the in-between moments. Something I love so much about this is I'm able to truly capture the raw and real love that is between significant others. I believe there's a balance between posed/candid photos and a time and place for both of them- and that was done PERFECLTY here.
From mayfair to salt lake, with love.

You don't need a grand estate in Mayfair to create something magical, just some thoughtful details, a beautiful vision, and a love story worth celebrating.
