This created an atmosphere that felt cinematic and editorial all at the same time. It is one of the most unforgettable elements of the shoot, it instantly transformed their photos to tell a story of adventure and reflects the spirit of the couple.
I absolutely love when couples come together to find something meaningful to them and add it within their wedding portraits! For couples that are looking for nontraditional wedding inspiration, I highly recommend incorporating meaningful and/or unexpected elements into your day (vintage vehicles, aviation details, or whatever else it may be), it can turn your imagery into something both personal and elevated
A huge part of what makes this session feel so cohesive was the entire creative team coming together to create everything you see! The floral arrangements by @velvetantstudio brought a pop of color and softness into the setting, while the draping from @moonlightutah added some texture to the space. And let's chat about the cake... I have worked with Baylee (@bayleesbakery) at a few sessions and she ALWAYS knocks it out of the park! Every detail existed beautifully with the other and complimented the connection and vibe of the entire session. I also can't forget the incredible marquee installation from @marqueebyspp which not only photographed beautifully, but was a nod to the first gay couple to legally marry in the United States!
